They didn't do a very good job vacuuming the inside. I could have done a better job for the price we paid. They cleaned the front floor mats but not the back ones. Only vacuumed and seemingly didn't take them out to vacuum underneath any of them at all. There was still sticky spots around dash board area that shouldn't have been there and the guy in front of me said he just got the classic job but his tires were got shined up. Why didn't mine? Why was there only one guy working on my car when the guy in front of me got two guys working on it. Just not happy with the overall result as this was my first experience with Autobell. Not sure I will return.

Quality of service has unfortunately declined. Wiping down the inside surfaces is lacking every time now. To get a good vacuum job, I know I’ll have to pay the extra $15 for them to be more thorough on vacuuming…..even if I’m the only car there. The employees are always courteous however it’s easy to tell they’d rather not be there working. I’ve been over—tipping for the quality of service and will be cutting back if I return.

I have a monthly membership, the Super Unlimited $82.99 its for a Ford F-350 work truck with a toolbox attached a fuelcell. I have been a member since beginning of the year 2026, been to several locations throughout North Carolina Greensboro, Jamestown, Raleigh, Garner, Hickory, Statesville, even to this location in Highpoint 2x this same year March & April. NEVER had any issue with my FuelCell until today 6/16/26 when i get there a guy named Zack or Jack i really didn't get his name but said he is the Manager says that he can't let me wash my truck because of the Fuel Cell. I asked him is this a company policy or his policy because just the other day in a different location on 6/11/26 i washed my truck NO problem!! i also told this person that i also been to this location before & never had any issues . I been to other Auto bell before Never had any issues, Honestly this location is the worst!! Inaccurate information unprofessional i don't recommend this location at all..,,

Exterior wash and wipe down was fine but the inside vacuuming and wipe down was half ass.. If you are able, I recommend just doing the inside yourself. exterior wash does well. These are not before pics. I should have waited until after I saw it to tip, ten bucks I won't get back 🙄They didn't bother with the cargo area or even open the back hatch, maybe that's extra? The inside was sub par.

I frequent this location and the result of the cleaning can be hit or miss. Overall, the service is convenient & acceptable for those who don't have the time to wash their vehicle or unable to wash their own vehicle. I don't expect to leave in a perfectly detailed vehicle. One area that needs great improvement is properly identifying which car is next in line. I had 2 vehicles washed today. The 1st went through the process fine. The 2nd vehicle did not. After I came through the wash, they gave attention to 2 other vehicles that entered the wash after my vehicle was already in line waiting to be dried off. By time they got to my vehicle, my car was completely dry. The young man who finally came to my car apologized for the oversight which was not his fault. It was other workers who didn't bother to check tickets. I mentioned this to the manager before I left, and he apologized, but also seemed a little irritated that it was brought to his attention. He says they try to look at tickets. I informed him that I watched both times, and no one looked at any tickets. No one came to my vehicle to see my ticket. They just cleaned the next car in the line they were in. I informed the manag
